Description

I purchased a 2x extender 3 weeks ago. Using it with my 400mm super telephoto lens and EOS 7D result in 1290mm in 35mm equivalent focal length! It is just a perfect lens especially for taking pictures of birds. This picture is the original image - no cropping is done! It's wide open is f/11, but it's no problem when it's sunny. And even it would be cloudy I still can use it with panning.

3週間前に2倍のテレコンを買いました。400mmレンズ、7Dと一緒に使うと35mm換算で1290mmのすごい超望遠レンズになります。その望遠性能には感動するばかりで、遠くにいる小さな鳥さんも画面いっぱいに映し出せます。この写真のハクセキレイさんの写真もノートリミングです。 F5.6のレンズに2倍のテレコンをつけるとF11と暗くなりますが、晴れの日の使用は問題ないし、曇りの日も流し撮りする場合には問題無さそうです。
